By purchasing from Eminent Colors(eminentcolors.com), you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

  • NO REFUNDS under any circumstances, except if:
    • You received the incorrect file (e.g., wrong artwork or format).
    • In such cases, we will replace the filewith the correct version only—no monetary refunds.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility, quality, and intended use before purchase.

2. Physical Products (Books, T-Shirts, Prints, etc.)

  • Refunds/returns only where explicitly stated on the product page.
  • Eligibility Requirements:
    • Request must be made within 14 daysof delivery.
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (order #) required.
  • Non-Refundable:
    • Custom/personalized items.
    • Damages caused by customer misuse(e.g., improper washing, alterations).

3. Processing Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved returns must be shipped back at your expense (unless our error).
  • Refunds issued via original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving returned items.
  • Store credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

4. No Liability Clause

Eminent Colors, Roudy Richardson, and associates are NOT responsible for:

  • Digital product issues after download (e.g., printing errors, device compatibility).
  • Shipping delays, lost/damaged packages(contact the carrier for claims).
  • Customer errors (wrong address, size selection, or buyer’s remorse).

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Chargebacks without prior contact will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
  • All disputes subject to resolution under laws.
